Nicholas Wyman
Executive Director

Nick has been the Executive Director of IWSI America since 2006, where he developed a mentoring-based workforce model that enhances the skills and attitudes of individuals transitioning from school to work. He has presented on workforce development and mentoring in Australia and internationally, representing Group Training Australia at the OECD roundtable.

Deborah Williamson Phd
Vice-President

Deborah Williamson brings significant expertise in juvenile delinquency, apprenticeship, and education policy. She leads youth-oriented projects in partnership with the Urban Institute and California Department of Rehabilitation, holds a technical degree from Hocking College and has been recognized nationally by the American Forestry Association's Global Releaf Program for creating Target Green for juvenile offenders.

Stephen Hamilton
Professor Emeritus, Cornell University

Stephen Hamilton’s illustrious 41-year career spans roles such as Professor of Human Development, Associate Provost for Outreach, Department Chair at Cornell and Visiting Scholar at UC San Diego. Stephen’s contributions to educational program evaluation and development are encapsulated in his book, “Career Pathways for All Youth,” which draws on the school-to-work movement to enhance current career pathways initiatives.

Jodi Paretta
Industry Liaison Manager/Project Manager

Jodi has been an elementary teacher, instructional coach, behavior specialist, counselor, and a school administrator. The majority of her career in education she worked in Title I schools, with a high population of diverse students with disabilities and low socioeconomic status. Jodi is passionate about helping people and advocating for equality. Her degrees are from Winona State University and Northern Arizona University.

Michelle Stogden
Administration Manager

Michelle is an administration professional with over 25 years of experience in non-profit and corporate organizations serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. She is known for strong strategic and analytical skills, is a recipient of the Providence St. Joseph Health Values in Action Award for Integrity, and has been a community service participant with Age Well Senior Services, Blue Bell Foundation, Working Wardrobes, and a board member with Art for Healing.
